Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

What Can Be Returned

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with no signs of use
  • Requested within 30 days of the delivery date

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products made specifically for you
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse
  • Items that do not meet our care instructions
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously — but if something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize and we’ll fix it immediately.

What to Include
Your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund — whichever is most appropriate for the issue. No return shipping is required for damaged or incorrect items.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Starting a return is simple. Email our team and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.

  • We’ll send approved return instructions and next steps
Please do not send any item back before receiving approval from our team. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, FunPrinted covers the return or replacement cost.
Incorrect Item Received
We Cover It
If we sent the wrong product, wrong variant, or incorrect order, we take care of it.
Change of Mind or Wrong Size
Customer Covers It
For standard returns or exchanges not caused by an error or defect, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
